As a complement to portion loading solutions, ELCAT offers integrable systems for tray handling.

 

Our denesters pick up empty trays and place them on the conveyor at the correct distance and orientation for subsequent loading by our machines.

 

Conversely, our stackers collect the filled trays from the conveyor and organize them into stacks or boxes, according to the quantity and format set by the operator via the control panel, with quick and easy changeovers.
