Automatic Mozzarella Feeding & Elevation
Fresh mozzarella can be received directly from the production process through a water channel, maintaining the product in its natural conveying environment before automated handling.
A dedicated infeed and elevation system gently transfers the mozzarella from the water flow toward the subsequent distribution and positioning stages, ensuring controlled product handling throughout the process.
Mozzarella Distribution & Positioning
After elevation, the mozzarella portions are transferred to a dedicated distribution and positioning system, where the product flow is automatically organized for subsequent robotic handling.
The system prepares the products according to the required loading configuration, ensuring accurate and repeatable positioning while maintaining gentle product handling throughout the process.
Multi-Pick Mozzarella Handling
A purpose-designed multi-pick gripper handles multiple mozzarella portions simultaneously, providing gentle and controlled product handling throughout the robotic transfer.
The robotic system transfers the prepared product group toward the packaging machine in a controlled and repeatable cycle, combining efficient multi-product handling with accurate robotic transfer.
